Melting Glass & Making Beads! Teen Camp - Monday 7/13 - Friday 7/17

Class size: Maximum of 5 students, minimum of 2.

Is your teen looking for something unique and different to do this summer? How about sending them to the “hottest” camp around?  During this exciting hands-on camp, students will learn the fundamentals of flameworking, or glass beadmaking, using a benchtop torch and soft glass.

New this year - each day, we'll focus on a specific art project.

Monday 7/13 - FUN WITH FRIT -beads decorated with crushed glass

Tuesday 7/14 - CATS & DOGS - various breeds of dogs and cats

Wednesday 7/15 -MARBLE MANIA - various styles of glass marbles 

Thursday 7/16 - FLORAL FANTASY - flower beads 

Friday 7/17 - ANIMAL FARM - owls, monkeys, penguins & more!

Minimum of 3 students is required to run the camp. Sign up for the full week and save $20.  Students may also attend for just part of the week. 

Each student will make between 5-10 beads each day, depending on the project.  No experience is necessary and all materials are included.Camp size is very small -limited to 5 children to allow for individual attention.  Minimum of 3 students is required to run the camp.
