End of the Day Vase - Lake Superior Art Glass

At Lake Superior Art Glass, artisans use a torch, tools, gravity and air to turn pyrex glass rods & tubes into works of art. This form of glassblowing allows for more detail and intricate work.

End of Day Glass pieces are made with the leftover color at the end of the day in the Hot Shop. These collectibles are truly unique because the coloring is made with the frit from all the different projects throughout the day. This includes works from the gallery, student projects and personal projects from resident glassblowers.
