A note to our visitors - We have recently discovered that our domain name (elsiekaye.com) has been targeted in a "spoofing" scam - where charges coming from an unknown source are disguised and appear to be coming from a trusted source - in this case, Elsiekaye.com. Please know that these charges have NOT come from our business and we are working with the FTC and law enforcement to get to resolve this issue. If you know anything about Elsie Kaye Glassworks, you know that trust and integrity are of utmost importance to us, and something like this that violates that trust is absolutely heartbreaking to us. If you have been affected by this scam, we urge you contact your bank immediately to contest any unexplained charges. We will continue to provide updates as our investigation moves forward. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

About the Artisans:

The High Fiber was born of a love of surface design and textiles, and the search for beautiful and functional kitchen and table linens.  Husband and wife team Daphne and Ed Cohan celebrate the joys of simple living with illustrated, hand printed home goods.

Every part of the process, from illustration to pulling prints and packaging, is done by Daphne and Ed in their Asheville, North Carolina studio using natural fibers and environmentally thoughtful practices and products.  Daphne designs and sews while Ed hand pulls each print.  They use natural fibers, environmentally kind inks and processes, and they burn their own silkscreens using straight sunshine.
