Is your teen looking for something unique and different to do over February Break? How about sending them to the "hottest" camp around? During this exciting hands-on camp, participants will learn the fundamentals of glass beadmaking using a gas and oxygen-fueled torch and soft glass.
Students will be introduced to the use of heat, gravity and tools to shape molten glass, with a focus on heat control, surface decoration and finishing beads. Each student will make between 8-10 beads each day.
On the last day, students will learn how to turn their beads into finished jewelry and will leave a sterling bangle, pendants and/or key chains and those popular key lanyards. No experience is necessary and all materials are included.
Class size is limited to 6 students in accordance with Covid guidelines. Read our Covid policy here. Minimum of 3 students is required to run the camp. Students may also attend for just part of the week; contact us for more details. Save $25 when you sign up for the entire week.
